It is imperative to bring out over all development of milk co-operatives by awarding top priority in animal husbandry development program in Surat District. Development issues like Clean Milk Production at every level, effective Artificial Insemination Services, Milk Production recording and testing, balanced cattle feed and high yielding fodder production, development activity, development planning and budget preparation exercises, forecasting probable hurdle and its solution in order to achieve above goals, following programs were conducted.

Three days Objective Determination Programmes are being organized at milk society level to discuss about Indian and International level dairy industry, comparative study of dairy profession at society level, District level, State and National level and understand its strength, weakness, opportunity, threats and also design next five years development plan perspective for further growth of society.
