To continue the good cause of providing self employment at home to poor & tribal farm workers as well as small & marginal farmers by involving them in animal husbandry business, which is then connected to Dairy industry, Union always has to keep in mind " REDUCE EXPENSES, INCREASE PRODUCTION". To achieve that Union has to made necessary changes in system like using ultra modern machinery for increasing production capacity, making necessary changes in operating systems, reduction in consumption of water - electricity - natural gas etc., adopt new techniques for refrigeration process and also pollution preservation. To increase efficiency of milk processing system and to launch new various products in market, Union has successfully done necessary modifications in existing operating system as well as necessary up gradations stage wise, which are now in completing stage. Details are as under:
  • As there is constant increase in Milk Procurement, Union has to store more milk Also, to accelerated the milk processing system and to launch new products in market union has to increase cold storage capacity. To increase the refrigeration capacity , refrigeration plant has been modernized by installing advanced Screw Compressor, PHE type Condenser, Chilled water PHE, Electric panel, R.O.Plant, and Ice Silo.

  • As we found increase in demand of Ghee, to increase production of Ghee, new Butter Melting Vat has been procured & installed in the section.

  • As we found increase in demand of Paneer, to increase production of Paneer new Paneer Vat has been procured & installed in the section.

  • Hot water system has been installed and through get the required condense water as feed water in Boiler.

  • Diffuser has been installed after converting Feaon gas into Ammonia gas in cold store of Dahi section. Necessary modifications has been done in Trolly and Tray of Dahi section.

  • New building has been constructed for modernization of Refrigeration plant as Refrigeration-2 alongwith dispatch dock at front side. Milk is dispatching from this dock has been already started.

  • New Milk Pasteuriser has been installed at Sumul Plant- Lahe, Nasik. New Diesel Generator set hasbeen also installed due to irregular power supply.
