On the occasion of the anniversaries of former Chairmen Late Shri Manubhai Patel and Late Shri Sudambhai Patel, Sumul Dairy organized Free Eye Treatment and Motia (Cataract) Camps as part of its commitment to “Social Responsibility” and the guiding principle of “Sarva Jan Sukhai.” The camp was conducted at the Nizar Chilling Centre with the objective of improving eye health and quality of life of milk producers.
Complementing its producer welfare initiatives, during 2024–25, Sumul Dairy organized the Netrayagn Shibir (Eye Care Camp) to address critical vision-related health needs of the dairy community. A total of 1,015 milk producers benefitted from free eye check-ups and treatment under this program.
These interventions have significantly improved vision health, enhanced daily work efficiency, and supported safe and productive livelihoods for milk producers. By removing financial barriers to healthcare, the initiative strengthened community well-being and reflected Sumul Dairy’s deep-rooted commitment to holistic producer welfare and inclusive rural development.
