We the members of milk producers’ co-operative society are committed to ensure consistent supply of clean and good quality milk to sumul dairy to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.
We will achieve this by continuous training of the producer members and continious monitoring and upgradation of procedures and processes applying scientific innovations and state of the art technology received from sumul union. We are also committed to social and economic development of the community and remain ecofriendly.

Day to day, the economic analysis and conclusion of all daily accounting activities of milk society are being done by secretary/employee; it is an important activity. The secretary of the society is as important as life saving oxygen and the accounting in recording is very important for development of society and recording of accounts of society is being done by them, for that as a campaign, union has provided theoretical and practical training to 582 secretaries of milk societies for one week along with awareness regarding various products, informatics literature were provided. From April 2021, every society must be record their accounts itself those who have get recording by other agency, for this planning has been done for make mandatory to record the data in computer under AMCS program in computer available at society level.
A total of 262 societies received the international standard ISO: 9001: 2008 certificate for their exceptional efforts in improving milk quality and administrative practices until 2015-16. In 2016-17, the ISO version was upgraded to ISO: 9001: 2015. During 2022-2023, Global Sustainability Certificate and Inspection Services (GSCI) audited 523 organizations, all of which obtained the updated certificates. Presently, 523 societies are certified to ISO: 9001: 2015, and this certification will be valid until April 2024. Which will be certified till April-2024. In which the societies' chairman, vice chairman, secretaries, committee members, employees and members of society have received excellent cooperation. Currently in our union there are ISO. 9001: 2015 international standard certificated societies as per taluka mentioned below.

As of March 31, 2022, all societies with ISO certification were encouraged by the board of directors of Sumul Union, who decided to provide Rs. 5,000 (Rs. Five thousand) as a token of appreciation. This gesture, referred to as a 'petal of the flower,' is a welcome promotion initiated by the management and has significantly boosted the morale of the societies.
The union's management has decided to provide ISO: 9001:2015 certification to all societies with new Bulk Chilling Units (BCU) and those that fall under the BCU category during the upcoming 2023-2024 year. We believe that proper cooperation can be achieved through the Milk Societies for this endeavor.
