All milk producers are covered under a Zero-Premium Accidental Insurance Scheme, providing financial protection of ₹2.00 lakh in case of accidental death and ₹1.00 lakh in case of permanent disability, with no premium contribution from the producers.
During the 2024-25 period, 20 milk producer families received insurance claim benefits, ensuring timely financial assistance during unforeseen accidents, safeguarding household livelihoods, and preventing economic distress.
