As compare to last year we could sell more 3,32,95,941 ltrs milk, 1,39,22,534 ltrs butter milk, 18,55,850 Kgs. Curd, & 31,634 Kgs. Paneer during the year means 7 .85% increased than the last year.
During the year we could make sell maximum milk per day was 13,02,649 litres & maximum butter milk per day was 3,51,948 liters. During the year 10,40,357 liters milk average & 1, 85,940 liters butter milk average been sold per day in Surat city, tapi district & rural area.
During the year increased sale noticed in the Ghee sale 9.01 %, Paneer sale 10.67% & where Shrikhand & sweet sale 15 .87% & 15 .86% more sale noticed.
