Under the Drinking Water Supply Scheme of Central Government, 30 villages in the district have been covered with the good purpose of providing permanent drinking water facility at village. Presently, Uchchhal, Nizar and Umarpada talukas have been allotted under “Swajaldhara” Program of the Central Government.
